Chris Bozarth started construction at 17 and has over 40 years of combined experience in home construction, repair, mechanics, and passive solar. Our passion is ensuring a finished product that is durable, long-lasting, and highly functional. Our network of subcontractors and tradesmen are time-tested, and many have been with us for over 20 years.
In mid-2000, we branched out in multi-family structure repairs, modifications, and remodeling with a specialty in California ADA upgrades.
